It was a very pleasant discovery.
The restaurant inside the ASD Madonna del Pilone club (the Osteria) represents a point of reference for those who love good flavors and live in the neighborhood and beyond.
Entrance with bar; two large dining rooms and, as a strong point, a large terrace surrounded by greenery on the "right bank" of the Po river.
Quality zero-mile raw materials interpreted with skill while respecting ancient local recipes. For lunch and dinner it offers an ever-changing selection of quality starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts, prepared by chef Gabriele Accardi and his team: a family atmosphere and genuine flavors of the Piedmontese tradition (with some interesting excursions to the rest of Italy and the world, perhaps on the occasion of some themed evenings).
Professional, attentive, courteous and helpful staff (very rare qualities).
Absolutely worth trying.
Below is a brief description of the history and activities managed by the Club.
Dinner with colleagues. Typical Piedmontese cuisine. Excellent products, good starters, first courses and second courses. Really good agnolotti. I highly recommend you try it. Noteworthy white wine. See you soon.
Good good good, attended a themed evening (bagna cauda) everything was perfect and delicious, even the house red wine was excellent.
Large place but I recommend booking
Easy and convenient parking
The bowling alley of Madonna del Pilone is a pleasant place where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the summer evenings. The menu is based on simple but quality cuisine, with a nod to the specialties of Piedmontese cuisine. They have an excellent craft beer with a smooth flavor, not too alcoholic and thirst-quenching. Although we showed up well in advance of the booking time, when asked to have a beer as an aperitif, they welcomed and served us with courtesy. The dining room staff is made up of young, helpful and professional guys. Adequate portions and correct prices. Another positive feature of the Bocciofila is the children's area with games. The only flaw that we hope they will resolve is the total lack of light in the children's mini park.
Not at all happy, after paying we were held back for an hour because according to them the accounts didn't add up and after the mistake they didn't even apologize with a bitter, in fact we were accused of not leaving a tip for the waitress, starter and first course 26 euros as far as I'm concerned the tip is included for a bowls fan, we definitely won't be back
Aperitif for birthday party. Everything good and homemade! Very quiet environment. It's strange, the club is in a street between Corso Casale and the Po but you can't hear the traffic on Corso Casale!!
In this season, an excellent location to enjoy delicious dishes served by kind and attentive staff. Inside the fenced property, there is an area dedicated to children's games where you can also organize private parties or aperitifs, and an area set up for free body training for the older ones. They also have two indoor rooms. The environment is quiet suitable for families or friends. Free access without architectural barriers and outdoor parking even if not reserved.
The peppers in bagna cauda, the tombini, the cheeses, the fassone tartare, the pichana and the burgers are excellent. The craft beer they offer is good.
